Networks in Biology

Many biological systems depend on who interacts with whom rather than only on total population size. Begin with graph theory and biological network structure, then study contact patterns, degree distributions and random networks before applying these ideas to epidemics, gene regulation, ecological interactions, centrality and network interventions.
